Delete Your Account

Iron & Light — account and data deletion

You can permanently delete your Iron & Light account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it:

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Iron & Light app
2. Go to Profile
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at support@ironandlightapp.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all data associated with it, including:

• Your account and profile information (including your email address)
• Habit tracking history and streaks
• Journal entries
• Spiritual Mentor chat history
• Rank and mission progress

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Aggregated, anonymized data that no longer identifies you may be retained, and we may retain certain records where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and must be cancelled there: open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon, and go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
